We have a range of different room types, choose from Twins, Doubles, Triples, Quads and Family rooms for 5 or 6.
All rooms have a TV and tea & coffee-making facilities. Book “room only” room only, or you may choose to add breakfast. There is FREE parking available, in the roads opposite the building.
You can book the Group wing for your family or group, complete with “Getting Ready area”.
The family room for 6 is the house favourite! With a very large balcony, you can look out onto the seafront and the Lagoon.
You may add breakfast when booking your room. Breakfast is served:
Mon – Fri, 7am – 10am (exc Bank Holiday Monday)
Sat & Sun, 8am – 11am (Bank Holiday Monday)
We offer a range of breakfast including a Veggie and Gluten Free option. There’s also lighter bites available, soft drinks and hot drinks. Alcohol can be served from 10am.
Booking Policy (Cancellation Policy)
All reservations require a credit card and must be confirmed by us.
Reservations booked on “Base Rate” may be cancelled up to 3pm, one week prior to the day of arrival, at a loss of deposit. All rooms booked on “Advanced Saver rate”, require full payment upon booking and are non-refundable. Late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival date), will result in full charge.
No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.
If you wish to change your booking you must call as soon as possible and outside of the 7 day arrival period. We will try to make required changes for you but it depends on availability and room occupancy, extra charges may apply.
While we love animals, we are sorry but no pets are allowed in the Guest Rooms. They are welcome in our public areas.
Take-aways and alcohol is not permitted in the rooms.

Check in 3.00pm – 9.00pm or by arrangement.
Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged £25 per set of keys.
Breakfast will not be available on certain dates over Xmas and New Year (advised at time of booking).
Special arrangements can be made if we are informed in advance. Please advise of dietary requirements.
