Our BEAUTIFUL new builds are READY! Five fresh, modern and sleek new rooms, all with superb lagoon views, have been built and are ready to go. Call us on 01273 413 402 for a quote and to book your night away today! *Our new-build rooms are themed: Africa, Garden, Spring, Tranquil & Brighton. If you would like to stay in one particular room, please specify when making the booked and we will do our best to try and accommodate this.*

We have a range of different room types, choose from twins, doubles, triples, quads and family rooms for 5 or 6. Our rooms are cosy and comfortable, but please give us a call to discuss the best possible room types for your needs. Our sofa beds are best suited to one adult, or 2 children, however, it is your choice if two adults want to share one.
Comfort is key! Many of our beds are “zip and link”, which means we may be able to offer different bed formations in the rooms. If you would prefer doubles to twins, or vice versa, then let us know when enquiring.
Our beds are Knightsbridge Beds:
  • 25cm Mattress Thickness
  • Pocket coil spring (king size spring counts: 928)
  • High-density foam with pressure release filling
  • Wave foam filling to keep the airflow
  • Aloe vera knitted fabric with fire-retardant & anti-mite
  • Nature & healthy: release beneficial substance, relaxes your body and promotes blood circulation

All rooms have a TV and tea & coffee making facilities. All rooms are booked on a room only basis.

There is FREE on-street parking* surrounding the building.

You can book the group wing for your family or group, complete with “getting ready area”. Or why not book into one of our brand new rooms in the J wing?

* Specifically themed rooms may not be available. Height restriction of 6’3 and 3 sets of stairs to new-build bedrooms. Africa room accommodates up to 4 people and Brighton room accommodates up to 3.
Breakfast:
We do not offer breakfast. There are two cafes located directly opposite us which offer good, affordable breakfasts.

*Parking:
The Gather Inn benefits from free on-street parking in surrounding roads. Park directly outside before the metres, or behind the building, for free from 2pm until midday the following day
Parking can be found in a few different spots and in different styles:
– 4 hours free, no return within 1 hour – this parking is located out the front of the building and the road behind us, New Wharf Road. The hours this is monitored is between 9am-6pm Monday – Sunday (apart from the road behind which is Monday-Saturday)
– Pay Meter– This is a pay and display which is just a bit further along the road after the pay meter, this is metered between 9am – 8pm and costs £6.50 for the full 11 hours.
– Residential Streets – (These are the streets opposite, coming off the kingsway.) These streets are for permit holders only between 11am-12pm and 6pm-7pm, any other time you may park here.

Booking Policy (Cancellation Policy)

All reservations require a credit/debit card and must be confirmed by us. We reserve the right to charge using card details on the day of arrival and if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, we will use these card details to charge the total for the booking.
Reservations booked on “Base Rate” may be cancelled up to 3pm, one week prior to the day of arrival, at a loss of deposit. All rooms booked on “Advanced Saver rate”, require full payment upon booking and are non-refundable. Late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival date), will result in full charge.
No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.
If you wish to change your booking you must call as soon as possible and outside of the 7 day arrival period. We will try to make required changes for you but it depends on the availability and room occupancy, extra charges may apply.

While we love animals, we are sorry but no pets are allowed in the Guest Rooms. They are welcome in our public areas.
Takeaways and alcohol are not permitted in the rooms.
Checkout at 10am, Mon – Fri, 11am, Sat & Sun
Check in 3.00pm – 9.00pm or by arrangement.
Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for. Any tabs left open in the restaurant will be charged to the card provided when booked at the end of each day.
Keys must be returned on the day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged £25 per set of keys.
Special arrangements can be made if we are informed in advance. Please advise of dietary requirements.
