Our Lagoon View Bar is available for Private Hire!
We cater for Birthdays, Engagements, Anniversaries, Christenings, Wakes, Wedding Receptions and more!
We also hire out for smaller weekday events, clubs, meetings etc.
The venue has a fully stocked bar, a raised area with lagoon views and seating and an enclosed patio section with a shelter. Feel free to call us and we can arrange a viewing.
Charges:
Day Hire
Hire of our Bar: £30 per hour (minimum of 4 hours required)
Evening Parties
Hire of our Bar: £165
Time: 7pm until 12am
Capacity: Maximum 100
Food: Our licensing conditions state that food must be provided by the hirer at any party style event. Food provided must be of a sufficient amount e.g. a buffet. The food provision must be confirmed with management prior to the event, as this must adhere with our licensing rules. This can be brought into the building an hour before the event starts and must be cleared and taken on the night of the event.
Bar: £500 minimum bar spend required. If this is not met on the night, the hirer will be charged the difference.
D.J: You may hire a D.J or plug into our music system, via a laptop. If you have a D.J that you want to use then please contact us.
Children: Under 18’s are permitted until 9pm, however, due to licensing laws, we can only allow limited numbers.
Deposit: To confirm your booking, we require the hire charge. Please note that once booked, it is non-refundable.

Meetings/Conferences
We offer hire by the hour, half-day or full-day packages. Tea and coffee can be included. We offer our room for meetings/ training days etc but can also cater for smaller groups or club gatherings. Please call with any enquiries.

If you’re looking for a nice, friendly and respectful venue in which to honour the memory of a loved one with a “Celebration of Life”, “Wake” or ‘Funeral Reception”, allow us to provide the perfect service for you and your guests. Our dedicated staff will help you to make all the arrangements.

Wedding Receptions
Celebrate your special day with us! Your wedding package can be completely personalised, to ensure it is perfect for you. We can cater for a small, intimate, wedding party, or for a larger party, of up to 60 guests. . *Price varies depending on the package.
