Our Lagoon View Bar is available for Private Hire!
Our private hire room holds up to 100 people and is the perfect space to host events, classes, meetings, workshops and functions. The room is a fantastic blank canvas and is a lovely, bright area which has two levels, TVs to connect to, a speaker system and a private outdoor area with a covered area, heaters and views out to the lagoon. We are open to weekly or monthly residencies and we have a fantastic events team who are happy to help make your event run smoothly.
Meetings/Conferences
We offer hire by the hour, half-day or full-day packages. Tea and coffee can be included. We offer our room for meetings/ training days etc but can also cater for smaller groups or club gatherings.
Celebration of Life
If you’re looking for a nice, friendly and respectful venue in which to honour the memory of a loved one with a “Celebration of Life”, “Wake” or ‘Funeral Reception”, allow us to provide the perfect service for you and your guests. Our dedicated staff will help you to make all the arrangements.
Evening Functions
Our function room is also available for evening parties, weddings and events. If you are interested in hosting an event, please contact us on 01273 413402 to book a meeting with one of our event managers. For evening functions, our licensing stipulates that we must provide catering. Please find our buffet menu below; payment for our buffet must be made up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. Please note, we do not accept 18th birthday parties.
Workshops/Classes & Events
Our space is perfect for creative workshops, community events, classes and group activities. Whether you’re hosting a craft session, a wellbeing workshop, networking event or social gathering, we offer a welcoming and flexible environment to suit a variety of occasions. Charges:
Day Hire – Hire of our Bar: £30 per hour
Evening Hire – Hire from 7-12pm: £165 for 5 hours. This includes a staffed and fully stocked bar.

Need something a little smaller?
Our raised sea view bar area is perfect for smaller gatherings and celebrations, with space for approximately 30-40 guests. Enjoy gorgeous views across the lagoon in a semi-private section reserved exclusively for your group.
There’s no minimum bar spend and no buffet requirement. A £50 deposit secures the area and can be redeemed against drinks on the night. If you would like catering, we’d also be happy to arrange a buffet package for your event.
